In a recent interview, 50 Cent claimed that Jay-Z's Roc Nation tried to exclude him from the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show lineup.
The event, which featured Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar, almost proceeded without 50 Cent, if not for Eminem's intervention.
''Eminem wouldn't do it without me'', 50 Cent stated, explaining that Eminem threatened to pull out of the show if 50 Cent was not included. He added, ''That's how I ended up on the show because he was not coming if I didn't do it. When that happens, you go, 'Damn, so you just lost Eminem because you didn't bring 50? Damn. All right. Bring 50 then.''
50 Cent expressed that he was not initially on the bill and felt he was only included as a last-minute addition due to Eminem's insistence.
His surprise appearance at the Super Bowl was a highlight for fans, despite the backstage politics.
Additionally, 50 Cent shared his skepticism about the Grammy Awards, questioning the value of the accolades and suggesting Beyoncé's numerous wins might be influenced by inside connections.
He remarked,
''Whoever they are, they're off at Beyoncé's house because she has 30 of them.''
As of now, there has been no response from Roc Nation or Beyoncé's representatives regarding these allegations.
