Keefe D further claimed that half of the payment was made to Harlem gangster Eric «Von Zip» Martin following 2Pac's 1996 murder.

Legal documents obtained by The Sun this week reveal that prosecutors allege Keefe D became an «active confidential informant» for a task force initially set up to investigate the murder of Biggie Smalls.

As part of this arrangement, Keefe D reportedly traveled to New York with LAPD detectives to gather evidence against Diddy and Martin.

The 179-page document outlines a plan to ''corroborate the conspiracy'' to kill 2Pac, which Keefe D was allegedly involved in.
