Caitlin Clark, the NCAA record-breaking basketball star, is dating Connor McCaffery, a former University of Iowa athlete and current NBA Pacers team assistant.
The couple, who started dating in April 2023, kept their relationship private until four months later when Clark shared a photo with Connor on Instagram, captioned, "Best end to summer."
In January 2024, Connor celebrated Clark's 22nd birthday with a heartfelt tribute:
Wish I was there to celebrate with you � you deserve the best day. With all that you've already accomplished, there is so much more in store for you and your special self. I admire you in every way and I love you.
Clark made history in February 2024 by becoming the all-time leading scorer in NCAA women's basketball, surpassing Kelsey Plum's 3,527 points. In July 2024, she returned the love on Connor's 26th birthday:

Connor graduated from the University of Iowa in May 2023 with degrees in finance and political science.
During his time at Iowa, he was a dual athlete and received numerous academic accolades, including the team's Academic Excellence Award for five seasons.
He was also a five-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree and a two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.
Connor's father, Fran McCaffery, has been the head basketball coach at the University of Iowa for 14 years and has coached since 1983.
Fran has been a significant influence on Connor's life and career.
The couple celebrated their first anniversary on April 24, 2024, with Connor posting a sweet message on Instagram:
