So, here's what's up: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Chief of Staff, Josh Kettler, just straight-up bounced after only three months on the job.
Yeah, it's wild-he quit out of nowhere, and now everyone's buzzing about it, especially since it happened right before their big Colombia tour.
Word on the street from a source in Cali is that Kettler is no longer working for the royal duo.
No one's saying why, and Harry and Meghan's reps are staying quiet, which only makes it more suspicious, right?
This isn't the first time they've lost staff either. Since their fairy tale wedding in 2018, at least 18 people have bailed on them.
And after they moved to California in 2020, the turnover got even crazier.
A former staff member spilled some tea, saying,
''Honestly, during my time there, I didn't hear a single person say they'd wanna work there again if given the chance.''
Kettler was supposed to be their guy, especially since he'd been handling important stuff like Harry's trip to London and their tour of Nigeria.
